Haute Malbec

Zette is loving poetry this week and recently discovered the words of Clément Marot. Renaissance born in the city of Cahors, Marot spun words around Malbec, calling it “liquid of fire”. With a nod to Marot, I’ll be sipping my 2003 Zette “Haute Malbec” tonight. I’ll start dinner with pâte de fois gras and end with poires flambés. Perfect!



PS. Zette loves actor Dominic Cooper, a dead-ringer for Clément Marot.
